What We Are Working On Now
Our projects are consistently developing and expanding with our community. We always have something going on. You can look around town for our signs to see all the progress we are making.
WWI Clean Up Project
Our first project is to work in the WW1 park cleaning up the old deer pen. The project would include taking down the existing fence which is broken in some areas. We also have plans to remove the fallen and dead trees and the two small old huts/barns that are in the penned in area. The WW1 Park could also benefit from better access to the Disc Golf course by widening the holes and creating clearer signage from one hole to another.
Martin Conservation Area Trail Clearing
- Building a brand-new trail
- Installing new trail markers
- Adding a kiosk for a trail map
- Constructing 11 bog bridges
